Villa do Conde e Formariz, Fischerhafen im Distrikt Porto der portug. Provinz Entre Douro e Minho, rechts an der Mündung des Ave in den Atlantischen Ocean, Station der Sekundärbahn Porto-Villa Nova de Famalicäo, zählt (1878) 4664 CE. und hat auf hohem Felsen das Nonnenkloster Santa-Clara.
